Gas Installation Complaint

Complaints against Gas Installers are dealt with according to the Complaints Procedure.

The form below is to be completed in respect of any complaint concerning the standard of
workmanship with regards to safety of a Register of Gas Installers of Ireland (RGII)
Registered Gas Installer (RGI). Alternatively you can print the Complaints Form and send it to us by post, fax or as an attachment to an email.

RGII is primarily concerned with technical gas standards and gas safety (i.e. compliance
with the National Standard for Domestic Gas Installations (IS813) published by the National
Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) and do not have a role in disputes of a commercial
nature.

Be aware that the Gas Installer will get a copy of this complaint.
